Returns and Refunds

At LikeBuy, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent return process. If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund, please follow the terms below.

1. Return Timeframe & Eligibility

✅ Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product.
✅ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

❌ Non-returnable items include:

• Perishable goods
• Personal care products
• Customized or made-to-order items

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products (FREE Returns & Refunds)

✅ If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs.
✅ Customers can request a full refund (including the original R100 shipping fee) or a replacement at no cost.
✅ To report an issue, email us at info@likebuy.co.za within 7 days of receiving the item.
✅ We will arrange a courier pickup and send a shipping label, which must be shown to the courier upon collection.

3. General Returns (Customer Pays Return Fees)

✅ If you want to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the following costs apply:

• Return shipping fee: R100 (deducted from the refund).
• Original shipping fee: R100 (also deducted from the refund).

✅ LikeBuy will book the courier pickup and send a shipping label.
📌 Customers must present the shipping label to the courier upon collection.

4. Exchange Policy (Customer Pays Both Ways – R200 Total)

If you want to exchange an item for another size, color, or model, the following costs apply:
✅ Return Shipping Fee: R100 – To send the original item back.
✅ Replacement Delivery Fee: R100 – To deliver the exchanged item to you.

📌 Total cost for an exchange: R200 (R100 return + R100 new delivery).

✅ Process for exchanges:
1️⃣ Customers must first email us at info@likebuy.co.za to request an exchange.
2️⃣ The original item must be returned using the courier label provided.
3️⃣ Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will send an invoice for the R100 shipping fee to deliver the new item.
4️⃣ The replacement item will be shipped once the invoice is paid.

5. Refund Process & Payment Method

✅ Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
✅ Refunds will be issued via PayFast to the original payment method (credit/debit card, EFT, etc.).
✅ Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

📌 Deductions for general refunds:

• Original shipping fee (R100) will be deducted.
• Return courier fee (R100) will be deducted.

6. How to Return Your Item

📦 Customers can return products via mail or at our physical store.
