2. General Use

✅ You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
✅ You must be 18 years or older to make purchases, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
✅ LikeBuy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

✅ Prices listed on our website include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
✅ LikeBuy reserves the right to change prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.
✅ While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, pricing, or stock availability may contain errors. We reserve the right to cancel orders if incorrect information is displayed.

4. Orders & Payments

✅ Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
✅ Payments must be made through our secure payment gateway, PayFast, using supported methods (credit card, EFT, etc.).
✅ LikeBuy reserves the right to cancel orders if incorrect pricing or stock errors occur.
✅ Fraudulent transactions will be investigated, and necessary legal action may be taken.

5. Shipping & Delivery

✅ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
✅ Orders placed before 2:00 PM SAST (Monday – Friday) begin processing the same day.
✅ Estimated Delivery Time:

• Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days
• Transit Time: 2 to 3 business days
• Total Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

LIKEBUY allows returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

6.1 General Returns (Customer Pays R100 Return Fee)

✅ Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase.
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
✅ The following fees apply:

• Return shipping fee: R100 (deducted from the refund).
• Original shipping fee: R100 (also deducted from the refund).

📌 LikeBuy will book the courier pickup and provide a shipping label.
📌 Customers must present the shipping label to the courier upon collection.

6.2 Exchanges (Customer Pays R200 Total: R100 Return + R100 Replacement Shipping)

✅ Customers requesting an exchange must pay R100 to return the item and another R100 for the replacement delivery.

📌 Total cost for an exchange: R200 (R100 return + R100 new delivery).

✅ Exchange Process:
1️⃣ Customers must first email us at info@likebuy.co.za to request an exchange.
2️⃣ The original item must be returned using the courier label provided.
3️⃣ Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will send an invoice for the R100 shipping fee to deliver the new item.
4️⃣ The replacement item will be shipped once the invoice is paid.

6.3 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products (FREE Returns & Refunds)

✅ If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, LIKEBUY will cover all return shipping costs.
✅ Customers can request a full refund (including the original R100 shipping fee) or a replacement at no cost.
✅ To report an issue, email us at info@likebuy.co.za within 7 days of receiving the item.
✅ LikeBuy will arrange a courier pickup and send a prepaid shipping label.

7. Liability & Risk

✅ The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
✅ LikeBuy is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to third-party couriers.
✅ LikeBuy’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Privacy Policy

✅ LikeBuy does not store customer payment information. Payments are processed securely through PayFast.
✅ LikeBuy collects and processes customer data only for order fulfillment and fraud prevention.
✅ LikeBuy complies with South African data protection laws (POPIA).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

✅ These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
✅ Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings in South African courts.

✅ LikeBuy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
✅ Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
