African Black Soap to Clear Up Acne & Dark Spots | standard beauty
R149.50
Original from Ghana
179 in stock
Daily Face wash for oily & acne-prone skin, breakouts, and pigmentation.
Made in a fair trade women village in Ghana, 120 grams
African Black Soap has been used for centuries to treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, dry skin, rashes or just to purify. It also balances oily skin. It’s 100% natural and handmade according to African tradition.
Benefits:
– heals acne & breakouts
– brightens dark spots (hyperpigmentation) and acne scars within 3 months
– Balances oiliness
– Treats eczema, psoriasis, rashes
How to use:
If it’s your first time using African Black soap, you might want to start using it only every second day so it won’t dry your skin too much (read the disclaimer above). After you built up your tolerance after 3 weeks, you can increase frequency to 1-2 x daily.
Lather the bar in your hands, and then apply with circular motions onto your face, rinse with water. Then follow with toner, hyaluronic acid, moisturiser, and lastly, oil-based serum.
Tip: If you’re looking to brighten dark spots (hyper-pigmentation) or fade acne scars, use this together with the micro-needle roller, which you can find under the “tools” section, and you will see results after just 2 months.
Disclaimer: within the first 1-3 weeks, the soap can cause a tingling sensation and really dry out your face. But don’t worry, this is normal. Your skin is undergoing a transformation process, as the soap sucks out all the dirt & excess oils from your skin. After 3 weeks, your skin will be transformed and back to normal.
Ingredients: pure honey, unrefined shea butter, tea tree oil, cocoa butter, lemongrass oil, cocoa pod ash, plantain skin, palm bunch ash, aloe vera, virgin coconut oil, purified water.
What’s in the box:
120 gr African Black Soap from a small, woman powered and fair trade village in Ghana.
